Previously served as the Deputy Director of mRNA at Asymchem Lab (a leading domestic CDMO pharmaceutical company). Dr Shen holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from New York University, a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the State University of New York, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Structural Biology at the State University of New York. She has published over 10 SCI papers in internationally renowned journals, with a total citation count of 247. Dr Shen’s primary focus is on the engineering process R&D of mRNA drugs, including infectious disease vaccines, cancer immunotherapy, monoclonal antibody drug replacement, and other protein drug replacements.
